Add Your Business to the GetGreen! Directory

The easiest way to help help locals know about your business is by creating a listing in EchoTown's GetGreen! directory. If your business is green, healthy, or independent then we'd like to tell our community about you. We are fostering environmental improvement through online and on-street interactive tools. Criteria for Placement

There are 2 ways to create your Business Listing:

1. CALL: Call Matt at (210)782-TOWN (8696) or email at outreach@echotown.net and we will take your information and create your listing for you.

2. Online: Log In to your free account, or Register (if you have never logged in at EchoTown before). Then, return to this page and click here: List your Business. ***You must register first, then List your Business.

What you Get from your GetGreen! Business Listing:

  1. Searchable Listing on our website, in up to 3(three) categories for 1(one) year for less than a dollar per day- Unlike News and Magazines that are “history” after their cycle.

  2. Green Map A spot on our printed "GreenMap!" (Next Edition deadline September 15th)

  3. 2 Free "GetGreen!" Cards(with full price listing) to give to employees/family or sell for $14 each. The "GetGreen!" Card gives you discounts at other "local" and “green” companies that are in our directory and participating in the program. The card reminds cardholders to use businesses in the EchoTown directory and incentivizes them to be "green." You can re-order GetGreen! Cards for $7 wholesale. Email us for more cards.

  4. Window DecalYou will get a sign for your store or vehicle window identifying you as EchoTown approved.

  5. Display and Map Holder If you have a public location then we will give you a "display" with the latest Map and signage that explains the program to customers.

PRICES:
$350 per year for business grossing over $100,000 per year.
$250 for 6 months
or
$175 per year for small business package (less than $100,000 yearly gross)
$100 for 6 months

  • You may get a reduced rate or free Directory Listing if you buy a banner package or sponsor another media tool. Contact Us or call (210) 471-1791.

  • Everybody Green: You'll have a new environmentally-sensitive customer base “cross-marketed” from all industries.

  • Transparency: If you give people an incentive to use the GetGreen! Card you will be able to watch your advertising dollars work. Also, we can tell you how many hits your profile is getting.

  • Your Profile You can change your discount offer to members(if you choose to offer our card holders a discount), store hours, and update your companies profile at any time. So, if you want to promote a certain sale, you can change your promotion to EchoTown members to reflect that sale.

  • Announce You can post events for your business or organization on our Event Calendar. You can help shape our content by using your expertise to comment about, edit, and create articles about being green in San Antonio.

  • Web Presence Don't have a website? Use your listing URL(www.echotown.net/business name) as your website in print and on business cards. Also, every time you get a link on a "relevant" website your rating in the search engines will be better.

  • Referral Program- member's receive 10% of the referred member's sign-up costs. (ex. $35 in points for referring a business who buys a $350 listing) We will bring you a "display" with fliers with your User Name to help you start getting referrals and making money, then you print your own with the downloadable form. Your "username", not your "business name" is what people will enter in the referral field so you will want to make your username the same or similar to your name to limit confusion.

  • Banner Advertising: Ability to purchase large banner advertising directly to the environmental community on our website. We don't allow advertising from businesses outside our network. If you are interested in banner advertising in EchoTown, Contact Us
